Team Development or Jolly

One of my specialities is providing small corporate group adventure. I am looking forward to working with you and your team on any adventures you would like to undertake. I have over 20 years experience of organising team adventures and specialise in journeying using mainly open canoes or sea kayaks.

Adventures are tailored to your aims and objectives and I would never claim to be able to change your team. I will however, be able to provide an environment of trust and support. Through consultation with you I should be able to provide a suitable challenge that allows your team to pull together and work as one in their shared aim. Once you get back to the office you will find the group has learnt more about each other and this can help create a more successful team going forward. In terms of team work groups of 6-8 work the best but multiple teams could be set a challenge against other teams if necessary.

I have a degree in Sport Science and a PGCE in Outdoor Education which included team building theory. I have lots of experience in designing and running challenges for adult groups.

Team Treat

Some companies just want to thank their team for their hard work and book an away day. We can arrange transport from the station at Berwick upon Tweed and guide you down the fantastic River Tweed in open canoes or for smaller, more adventurous groups we could potentially sea kayak some of the amazing coastline locally. We would then whisk you off to get a meal at a Berwick restaurant and then get you back to the Station for your train home. Alternatively there is plenty of great group type accommodation available in or near Berwick if you want to have a few days away from the office or work place.

Prices are no different to any other group but obviously we would quote for transport from the station etc. on top of the more regular activities and accommodation would need to be booked separately.
